| When the mineral cosmetics craze hit, I fell absolutely IN LOVE with the results, and was also very happy about what I was now putting on my skin...or, rather, NOT putting on my skin! It took a bit of work and time, (and plenty of experimenting!) but Master's Touch Minerals was born! Thousands of happy customers later, we know our line fills a real need for women that want the high-end quality in their minerals, but don't like the high-end price tag. We are a family owned and operated company located in beautiful downtown Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Our premium cosmetics are manufactured in small batches, assuring the best in quality control, freshness and consistency. No skimping with cheap ingredients and fillers...only the best for our customers! We carefully select some of the finest, premium, all-natural ingredients available to use in our exclusive formulas. We go ahead and splurge on some of the more expensive ingredients many other companies shy away from because they do make a significant difference in the end product and we feel you deserve that!
All products are also TRIPLE-milled for the silkiest, smoothest consistency and effortless application. Every single batch is inspected for quality, not once, but twice, before it is packaged. Our cosmetics are manufactured in a hygienic, professional facility using standard industry practices to ensure quality and consistency in all our products.
Another thing our customers appreciate is if you do need assistance, you are dealing with real live people who use and love the cosmetics. Very different from a huge corporation with a faceless voice mail system of computerized voices and employees who may not even use the product they represent. All of our employees and associates use and love our cosmetics...some of the men have even been known to apply a bit here and there to eliminate under-eye circles or blemishes.
Being a small, personal company, we are able to do custom orders and color-matching as well. Try getting THAT from a national brand! Another service we offer that we know you will never get from one of the large national brands is our "Shade Satisfaction Policy". Once your order arrives, should the shade you selected be not quite what you had hoped it would, we will send you FREE minerals to mix with it to achieve a shade more to your liking. We don't know of any other cosmetic company that offers that kind of service!
